The Art Explora Academy is the first completely free digital platform dedicated to learning about the history of art. Launched in 2021 in partnership with Sorbonne Université, the Art Explora Academy offers 14 learning courses, as well as a media library with a wealth of video and audio content to explore the major concepts of art history in greater depth.

The course, once completed, is validated by a certificate from Sorbonne Université.

courses designed in collaboration with professors from the Sorbonne-Université

The Academy consists of 11 different art history courses designed in collaboration with the Sorbonne Université in Paris. Each course consists of 4 episodes and lasts around 40 minutes. Users can stop and start again whenever they like, to progress at their own pace. 

An episode itself is made up of:  

  • A short introductory video  
  • 5 to 7 key points to remember 
  • A 3-question practice quiz  
  • A suggestion of videos and podcasts from the library to watch/listen to in order to go further

Each route ends with a 12-question knowledge quiz!
